MTCC is an educational organization with a quality system under the rules of ISO 9001:2008 duly recognized and authorized by the Panama Maritime Authority and International Merchant Marine Registry of Belize to provide training courses to seafarers, whether in-house or at the client’s location, in full compliance with the requirements and provisions of the national and international regulations.
In addition this company offers services concerning the process of crew licenses handling and obtainment of seafarers endorsements in accordance to the provisions of the Convention on STCW 1978/95.
