PMDS SURVEYORS REQUIREMENTS:
  1. PMDS Application Form duly filled and in which academic and working experience achivied should be given.
  2. Curriculum Vitae, including supporting documents such as Diploma/certificate of attendance, reference letters form former companies/employer, etc.
  3. Demostrative evidence for supporting capability to conduct specific ship´s convention surveys in accordance with IMO Resolution A.789(199).
  4. Medical Certificate
  5. 6 Color photos passport size.

Note: For your reference and in accordance with our quality system the minimun achievement b individuals are: Naval Eng./Arch. (2 years Work Experience); Ship´s Capt/ Chief Eng. (5 years experience).
All above with knowledge if IMO/ILO Conventions and one year experience in ship Surveys.
